Artist, curator and researcher. She has a Master’s degree in Art History, Theory and Criticism at the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (Porto Alegre) and Doctoral candidate at the Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (Florianópolis). Between 2006 and 2014 she coordinated the Education and Public programmes Department at Bienal del Mercosur. Since 2014, she co-organises, alongside Fernanda Albuquerque, Laboratorio de Curaduría, Arte y Educación. She has developed art and education projects around the world. Some events are: the lectures “Hábitos de aprendizaje: desafíos en común”, organised at MALBA; the symposium “Workshop on workshops”, organised by Fondazione Antonio Ratti; NC-Lab, intensive pedagogy and artistic process laboratory, organised by NC-arte (Bogotá). She has been part of the advisory committee of the III Congress “Los museos en la Educación” organised by the Education Department of Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza. She has given lectures and workshops, and collaborated with projects organised by institutions such as Matadero Madrid, Museo Picasso Málaga, Liverpool Biennial, Bienal de Cuenca, Bienal da Bahia, Colección Cisneros, New Museum, De Appel Arts Centre, NC-arte, Alumnos 47, Museu de Arte do Rio (MAR), “Escuela de Garaje” of La Agencia, 32.ª Bienal de São Paulo, Museo de Arte de São Paulo (MASP), SESC, Fondazione Antonio Ratti, Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza, MACBA and MALBA, among others. She also participated in the publications Pedagogía en el campo expandido (2011), co-edited with Pablo Helguera, as well as Manual para curiosos and anthology La Nube (2013) with Sofía Hernández Chong Cuy.
